GenBoost

The Equipmake GenBoost System has been developed to connect directly to an existing generator to boost the output.

The system can operate as a stand alone, pure sine wave inverter, however, when connected to a generator, the system will automatically synchronise with the generator output, and run directly in parallel with it, boosting the output of the generator. This means that when larger amounts of power are required occasionally, and for relatively short periods, the GenBoost system can be used with a generator, instead of specifying a larger generator. When the additional demand has switched off, the GenBoost system will automatically recharge its’ batteries from the excess generator power.

The system can be connected directly to the grid mains instead of a generator, providing UPS capability, or alternatively, boosting the available power from restricted shore supplies to boats for example.
